Public Skate Infrastructure Investment Proposal
Project: Permanent installation of the first Noggles Rail in Bogotá, capital of Colombia, as a pilot for the national public skate infrastructure circuit.
Location: Low Park Suba, Bogotá (northwest). DIY spot with 12 years of history, located between a public school and a residential complex, with high pedestrian and commercial foot traffic.
Objective: Build and install a skateable sculpture in the shape of Noggles (filled with concrete, sealed, painted, permanently anchored to the ground) that serves as public sports infrastructure, a local cultural activator, and a visibility vehicle for Gnars DAO.
Amount requested: 2,700 USD
Pilot duration: 6 weeks (construction + installation + inaugural event + impact report)
Return for Gnars: Permanent CC0 physical infrastructure, content repository, QR code with direct traffic to gnars.com, CC0 replicable model for the Latin American circuit.

This project is planned to begin construction as soon as the proposal is approved, with intentions to hold the inauguration on June 21st, Skate Day. According to the 4-week timeline, we would be within the time frame to set in motion this vision of building a Noggles Rail circuit in Colombia.
