Surf is Up - Nogglesboard
This Droposal mints a surf session video from Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica, where I (zimardrp) tested the Sweet Amnesia 5'5 fish tail Nogglesboard while wearing the ARDRP x Gnars collab shirt. Filmed during our trip from Pavones, the session included surfing with local pro Carlos Muñoz and showcased the board’s speed and smooth turns. The footage will also contribute to the upcoming Nogglesboard documentary with artistic shots and insights from shaper Tony Bear. This mint introduces a new split contract feature, directing 50% to the Gnars treasury and 50% to me (zima).

This celebratory Droposal marks the transformation of the first Nogglesrail — a monument by artist Pharra at Brazil’s historic Praça XV , now repainted in Base blue. Captured in a new audiovisual piece, the action symbolizes the growing synergy between GnarsDAO and the Base ecosystem, highlighting shared values, creative collaboration, and the onboarding of a new wave of shredders through IRL and onchain culture.
Noggles Delta: A Brief History of Nogglestacles in Rio
This film documents the making of Noggles Delta, a new sculpture installed in downtown Rio de Janeiro. It captures the entire production process while offering a brief history of Nogglestacles—from the original Noggles Rail to Gnars' involvement in ILoveXV 2022, and the spread of these nounish obstacles across the globe. Directed by Yan Felipe, the documentary follows artist PHARRA XV over several months, chronicling the design and creation of this latest Nogglestacle. It also uncovers the roots of the movement in Rio, showing how it helped transform the city into a global node of nounish culture.
Uganda Connection
The film follows the journey of Garcia Rodrigues & Renan Carvalho in Uganda, where, together with the “Skate Transforms Lives” project and partner brands, they distributed new skateboarding equipment to six communities, each with its own DIY project. During this experience, they immersed themselves in new cultures and helped break social barriers through skateboarding. The documentary aims to present the perspective of local skateboarders, sharing their stories and showcasing how skateboarding has positively impacted their lives. This work reinforces Gnars' community-driven principles, spreading a message of unity and proving that, even with limited resources, significant change is possible.
